Limited Liability Company MEDEI is responsible for the reliability and performance of the equipment produced. Our long-term partnerships with customers are based on the strict fulfillment of contractual obligations, including warranty and post-warranty service.


The service department works in close cooperation with our customers and always tries to quickly find the best solutions, providing technical assistance and providing the necessary technical information on products, assists in the selection and supply of spare parts, provides equipment assembly services, and also provides technical training.

Warranty service

All Medei products are covered by a 24 month warranty. The beginning of the warranty period is calculated from the day the product is put into operation, but no later than 8 months from the date

of manufacture.


If you have any questions during the warranty period of operation of the equipment, you must inform the seller or the manufacturer about it.


Warranty service is carried out under the condition of proper operation in accordance with the documentation for the product, and is carried out as soon as possible at the expense of the manufacturer, including regional repair organizations that have entered into an agreement with the manufacturer. Organizations must have special permits (licenses) for medical activities, including relevant works and services.


Equipment damaged due to the fault of the user, or as a result of non-compliance with the operating conditions, is removed from warranty service and may be subject to repair at an additional cost.


Consumer claims are satisfied by the manufacturer after receiving the complaint act
